We suggest to send the preview DVDs by regular mail, not  by courier mail such as DHL, TNT, UPS etc because of compicated procedure at Ukrainian customs for such packages.

Please, mark the value of the package in invoice LESS THAN 10 USD.

FOR CULTURAL PURPOSES ONLY
NO PORNOGRAFIC MATERIAL

Please, follow these instructions carefully otherwise we will have problems with customs clearance which will possibly cause the rejection of the load, which fall under customs control.

SHIPPING OF PRINTS

The Board of Directors suggests that applicants send films and accompanying materials through their country's consular channels. Preferable courier mail is DHL - please use it if possible.

Please, mark the value of the print in invoice LESS THAN 15 USD.
Please, mark everything in the parcel in invoice (posters, postcards, any additional materials) with the separated value.

The print should arrive to Molodist IFF before 10th of October, 2010.

Please note, Molodist IFF covers one-way shipping of the print (for example, costs for shipping of the print to Molodist IFF are covered by the applicant. The cost of return shipment will be covered by the Molodist IFF).

Please, let us know at least 2 weeks in advance where the print should be sent after the Molodist IFF is over. Molodist IFF will return the prints within two weeks after the festival.
