No one enters the hall while the film is being introduced. Don’t worry, you haven’t missed the film — we’ll let you in as soon as the introduction is over.
Under festival rules, if you are 15 minutes or more late for a feature-length screening, entry to the hall is NOT PERMITTED.
If you are late for a short film screening, latecomers are let in between the shorts, so please be patient.
Please note: if you are late and cannot get into the screening, your ticket is non-refundable.
Thank you for understanding — and please be on time!
Tickets are refunded only if a screening is cancelled or an air raid alert is declared during it.
During a yellow alert the screening continues. If you decide to go to a shelter and can’t finish watching the film, come to the accreditation desk and we’ll help you arrange a refund, or request one yourself directly on the TicketsBox website.
During a red air raid alert, or if a screening is interrupted, rescheduled or cancelled, you can likewise request a refund or, if the screening resumes, come back and watch it with the same ticket.
How the festival operates during air raid alerts is explained on the Safety measures page.
Go to ticketsbox.com
and scroll all the way down to the site footer.
In the top-left corner of the footer, find the “Повернення” (Refund) button.
Clicking it opens a refund form. Fill it in, making sure to include your order number (you’ll find it in the email your ticket came with) and the reason (air raid alert, power outage, etc.).
Thank you — and we hope you won’t need to return any tickets!
