Two centuries after the historic crossing of the Andes that led to South America’s liberation from Spanish colonization, a group of engineers and Andean muleteers embark on an expedition across the mountains to liberate a robot.

As a young filmmaker comes of age behind a camera, she turns it on her own community and unearths stories of sexual assault experienced by her mother, her peers, and eventually herself. Along the way, she meets survivors, perpetrators, and experts. Together, they explore the gray areas of sex, power, and consent, seeking to break cycles of harm and uncover radical possibilities for healing.

WAR HAS NO CHILDREN is a documentary composed of four stories exploring what it means to be a child during war. In this environment war becomes part of everyday life, and childhood becomes fragile and vulnerable.
