Born in 1985, the Danish filmmaker graduated from the Super16 independent film school in 2012. Her debut feature film KØD & BLOD premiered in the 2020 Panorama. She directed the mini-series DRØMMEREN - KAREN BLIXEN BLIVER TIL, which premiered at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival and secured Connie Nielsen an Emmy nomination for Best Actress. She conceptualised the second season of the BAFTA-nominated television series THE RESPONDER in 2023. BEGINNINGS is her second feature film.
