Sara Fantova
Bilbao, in the middle of August. Jone, 20, lives with her father and little sister. Jone's father has quit his job due to the consequences of his Parkinson's disease. The Semana Grande festivities in Bilbao begin, in which Jone will fall in love for the first time.
Sara Fantova (born in 1993) studied at ESCAC, where she graduated in 2018 with the short film NO ME DESPERTÉIS (Rotterdam’s Film Festival). She co-directed and co-wrote LA FILLA D’ALGÚ, a collaborative feature mentored by Sergi Pérez, (Movistar+ Award for Best Zonazine Feature at the Málaga Film Festival). In 2023, she co-directed the series ESTO NO ES SUECIA.
