Antonis Papadopoulos (1956–2020) was born in Athens and studied in the workshop of Volodymyr Denysenko (graduating in 1984). After returning to Greece, he directed several feature films and documentaries for Greek television and became the Artistic Director of the Drama International Short Film Festival.
